We want you to love your Tipologie nails. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@tipologie.store with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Due to the hygiene nature of press-on nails, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once your order has shipped. Please review your selection carefully before checkout.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used nails
  • Opened or damaged packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

EU customers

If you're shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the EU cooling-off period. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@tipologie.store to start the process.
